From crown caps, new life and new opportunities
TAPPOST is an eco-social project born in Naples in 2013 from an idea of the artist Luigi Masecchia: metal crown caps from bottles, collected in venues and by citizens, become tiles of an endless mosaic and are turned into paintings, sculptures and furnishing objects.
Creativity, respect for the environment and social redemption: the non-profit association involves young people from disadvantaged backgrounds in an art workshop, paying them a fee that recognises the dignity of their work.
